The Data Controller

The controller is MICLA Engineering & Design S.r.l. with legal residence in Corso Francia 229, 10098 Rivoli (TO), Italy. You can contact the controller by e-mail at the address info@micla.info.

Purposes of processing

Your personal data will be processed exclusively for the purposes of selecting, evaluating and recruiting personnel for our organizational structure.

Such information may be cancelled or modified at any time under explicit request.

The legal basis of the processing can be found in art. 6 p.1 letter f) GDPR “processing is necessary for the pursuit of a legitimate interest of the data controller or a third party”.

The nature of the transfer is optional, in the absence of it, it will not be possible to consider your application. The conferral is expressed by sending the CV voluntarily by e-mail or in the dedicated area on the website.

Processing methods

In relation to the above purposes, the processing of your personal data will take place through manual, IT and telematic tools for the mere realization of the same purposes and, in any case, in order to ensure the security and confidentiality, in compliance with the provisions of art. 32 of the Regulation on security measures and by specially authorized parties, in compliance with the provisions of art. 29 of the Rules of Procedure.

Data communication

The processing of personal data you provided will be carried out by means of subjects expressly and specifically designated by the Data Controller who operate in the interest of the same as data processor (art. 28 of the Regulation) or as subjects expressly designated to the processing of data in the terms provided by the Regulation and national legislation adapting to the provisions of the GDPR.

The data provided may also be processed by the Data Controller directly and also communicated to third parties if it is functional to the obligations of law and performance of the contract. 

For this purpose, the data may be brought to the attention of companies or external professionals who may be entrusted with the selection and conduct of interviews whose collaboration the Data Controller may benefit for the purposes indicated in this information.

Personal data may be communicated, in order to allow the fulfillment of contractual and legal obligations, to post offices, as well as to banking institutions, as well as to Public Administrations pursuant to law.

Transfer of personal data to a third country

No personal data of the data subject will be transferred to a third country outside the European Union. 

Retention period

The Data Controller will process your personal data for the necessary time to fulfill the purposes mentioned above and not beyond the duration of the recruitment campaign or in any case maximum 24 months from the collection. After that, the data controller will delete the CV or make the data pseudonymous. 

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

Where we send your data

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.

Rights of the interested party

Pursuant to art. 15 and ss. of the Regulation, you have the right to ask the Data Controller:

  • access data. Data subject has the right to obtain information on the data processed by the controller, on certain aspects of the processing and to receive a copy of the data processed.
  • verify and request correction. Data subject can verify the accuracy of his Data and request its updating or correction.
  • obtain the limitation of the treatment. When certain conditions are met, Data subject can request the limitation of the processing of their Data. In this case, the Controller will not process the Data for any other purpose other than their conservation.
  • obtain the cancellation or removal of their Personal Data. When certain conditions are met, Data subject can request the cancellation of their Data by the Controller.
  • propose a complaint. Data subject can lodge a complaint with the competent personal data protection supervisory authority or take legal action. To do this you can use a model made available by the Data Protection Authority: download the model.

To exercise the above rights, data subject may contact the Data Controller at the addresses indicated in of this document. Requests are filed free of charge and processed by the Data Controller as soon as possible, in any case within a month.
